SuperPhone Pricing Guide

SuperPhone's credit based pricing is designed to simplify the complex cost structures of SMS marketing for you, to allow for better budget planning, reduced risk and more transparency.

Below you will find an overview of the key elements that make up your invoice. When picking the right plan for your business, you need to take into account how many conversations you will have and how many messages and calls you will exchange.

If you're unsure what to start with, start with a lower tier and upgrade whenever you need to!

Below is an example of our plan calculator. You can mix and match the number of credits you would need with the number of conversations you either have or will plan to have on a monthly basis. Conversation Credits

A conversation is a message thread with another phone number, just like in iMessage or WhatsApp.

* *Each conversation that is not deleted before your plan is renewed counts towards your conversation credits.**

Usage Credits

Each interaction with a recipient counts towards your usage credits. That could be an SMS / MMS sent or a call made / received. Since SuperPhone® is an international service, there are different credit costs for different countries that you're interacting with.

Here is an overview:

  • Messaging:

    • SMS

      • 1 credit to United States (US)

      • 2 credits to Canada (CA)

      • 6 credits to United Kingdom (UK)

      • 7 credits to Australia (AU)

      • 10 credits for SMS to other countries

    • MMS

      • 5 credits for MMS to US

      • 6 credits for MMS to CA

  • Voice:

    • Incoming

      • 2 credits per minute for incoming calls from anywhere

    • Outgoing

      • 2 credits per minute for outgoing calls to US/CA

      • 4 credits per minute for outgoing calls to GB

      • 10 credits per minute for outgoing calls to AU

      • 15 credits per minute for outgoing calls to other countries


  • Extra phone numbers

    • Your SuperPhone® account comes with a US or UK phone number included. If you would like to add another number to your account, you can do so by contacting our customer support. Each additional number comes with a monthly fee which will be determined by the country and phone number type (mobile, toll-free etc.) of choice.
