These are Frequently Asked Questions about the core features of SuperPhone™:

What happens when someone calls my SuperPhone™ for the first time?

When someone calls your number for the first time, they will be directed to voicemail where they will hear your voice greeting. 2 minutes later, they will receive your first auto-response, inviting them to add their info to your phonebook.

Please note that they will only receive this auto-response when they call for the first time.

How can I access my SuperPhone™ voicemail?

SuperPhone™ is a premium 'messaging-first' platform. Since calls accrue fees by the minute, voicemail is disabled to minimize your costs.

What happens when someone texts my SuperPhone™ for the first time?

When someone texts your SuperPhone™ number for the first time, there is a 2 minute human emulated delay, and then your first auto-response will be returned. This auto-response should let this person know their number came up unknown (since it's the first time they are texting it), and invite them to add their info to your phonebook, so you know who they are. They will receive a reminder message 30 minutes later in the event that they still need to add their details via the form.

Please note that they will only receive this auto-response when they text for the first time.

People are ignoring my form link - what should I do?

When you have contacts that refuse to fill out the form, you can add them manually. Just ask them for first name, last name, email and zip so you have all of the required information. When the form submission auto-response is enabled, they will still get a confirmation text once you add them to your SuperPhone™ contacts.

How long does it take for an auto-response to be sent?

Timing for auto-responses is outlined below:

a. First contact auto-response (2 minutes after first text or call)
b. Contact reminder auto-response (30 minutes after first text or call)
c. Form submission auto-response (immediately following successful form submission)
d. New assigned number auto-response (immediately following new number assignment)

Why is SuperPhone™ saying my contact's zip code is invalid when they fill out the form?

SuperPhone™ utilizes the Google Maps API to plot coordinates by zip code onto the SuperPhone™ Map. In order for this to work properly, the zip code location must be selected from the drop-down menu below the 'Postal Code' field on your form. An error message will occur if the user bypasses the drop-down selector with Auto-Fill.

I forgot or want to change my password - what do I do?

On the login screen, click 'Forgot password'. Enter your account email and SuperPhone™ will send you a link to reset your password.

If I get someone saying wrong number, how can I make sure they don't get any updates?

Any person who replies 'STOP' to a message will not be able to be contacted from your number or Archive the contact.
