To get started, navigate to the First Contact area by hovering over the left-side navigation bar. Once the navigation expands locate the Journeys heading and click on First Contact. Select Edit to adjust and customize the content of the messages being sent out.
Now select either the first response or follow up response if you're looking to edit.
Make you edits and once that is complete you can select Save and make sure the Live toggle next to the Save button is active or gold.
Congratulations! You've successfully setup your First Contact flow.
