SuperPhone's credit based pricing is designed to simplify the complex cost structures of SMS marketing for you, to allow for better budget planing, reduced risk and more transparency.
Below you will find an overview of the different line items that make up your invoice. When picking the right plan for your business, you need to take into account how many conversations you will have and how many messages and calls you will exchange. If you're unsure what to start with, start with a lower tier and upgrade whenever you need to!
Let's start with the definition of the different items that make up your plan:
A conversation is a message thread with another phone number, just like in iMessage or WhatsApp. Each conversation that's not deleted before your plan is renewed counts towards your conversation credits.
Each interaction with a recipient counts towards your usage credits. That could be an SMS / MMS sent or a call made / received. Since SuperPhone is an international service, there are different credit costs for different countries that you're interacting with. Here is an overview:
1 credit for SMS to US
2 credits for SMS to CA
6 credits for SMS to GB
7 credits for SMS to AU
10 credits for SMS to other countries
5 credits for MMS to US
6 credits for MMS to CA
2 credits / minute for incoming calls from anywhere
2 credits / minute for outgoing calls to US/CA
4 credits / minute for outgoing calls to GB
10 credits / minute for outgoing calls to AU
15 credits / minute for outgoing calls to outside of US/CA
Depending on your use-case you may decide to opt for some add-ons to improve your experience. Add-ons include:
10DLC Registration for larger brands targeting US recipients
$44 one-time fee
$10 per month
If you are looking to send more than 6,000 messages to the US on any given day, you'll need to opt for this registration in order to prevent carriers blockig the delivery of your messages.
Extra phone numbers
Your SuperPhone account comes with a US or UK phone number included. If you would like to add another number to your account, you can do so by contacting our customer support. Each additional number comes with a monthly fee which will be determined by the country and phone number type (mobile, toll-free etc.) of choice.
