While exporting and downloading a list of your contacts as a CSV file via Google Chrome is straight forward, there are some extra steps for Safari users. If you are currently using Safari and you receive the email link to download your CSV file, it will open in a new tab instead of downloading. While we recommend you use Google Chrome, if your cannot, no worries we have you covered. By following the step by step process below, you will be able to download your csv file onto your computer.
Step 1
Click on the emailed CSV link which will open it in a new tab.
Step 2
Once opened, click on File then select Save As.
Step 3
In the pop up, ensure the Format is Page Source.
Step 4
Rename the file with your desired name and add ".csv" at the end of the title.
Step 5
Once finished, choose the location you wish for it to save to and click the Save button.
